The Villain Was Right: Rent

Benjamin Coffin seeks to revitalize a struggling community by building affordable housing and studios for the neighbourhood’s thriving arts scene. The only thing in his way are his former roommates turned squatters who refuse to move out or pay rent. Somehow Benjamin must convince this group of insufferable artists about the economic realities of living in North America’s most expensive city and explain that they can’t demand free rent and also refuse his “charity” in the form of free rent.
